The Cove By Freakouts is strictly a 'No Plastic' zone. As beautiful as the natural surroundings are, we intend to keep it that way. We expect travellers to adhere to this practice and decide to voluntarily avoid bringing forms of plastic into the property.

Some of the buildings at The Cove By Freakouts are built to reflect local style of architecture, thus providing interesting insights to travellers. This helps in appreciating local traditions, encouraging more people to know about the local community. The Shreyans Round House, Villa Branch and Pool Heaven accommodation units sport local styles of building. Let's see if you can identify these features. Thatched roofs and deadwood have been used as some of the accommodation units at  The Cove By Freakouts. Hard concrete has been restricted to the minimum so that the soil quality on the island is maintained.

Trees are an important part of the Laknavaram's ecosystem. We could have easily removed a few trees. Instead Villa Branch units are built around large and old trees to ensure they are saved, and travellers get a feel of staying in a tree-hut.
A 10-feet high tree walk allows you to walk around two large trees - <Name> and <Name>.
These apart, XX trees belonging to various species have been planted across the island to increase tree cover across the island.

People from local communities have been actively part of construction of The Cove By Freakouts. Some from local villages are currently employed at the property. Travellers are encouraged to engage with them to understand the region a lot better.

Most fruits, vegetables and poultry/meat are sourced from the nearby XXXX village. This ensures a steady source of income and indirect employment to the local community.
